　　中新网广州4月27日电 (记者 蔡敏婕)广州市从化区人民政府防汛防旱防风指挥部27日发布紧急通知称，鉴于流溪河水库在当前以160m3/s(不含发电流量55m3/s)流量泄洪的情况下，水库水位虽不再上升，但回落非常缓慢，气象部门预报未来几天库区仍有强降雨，为尽快降低水位，该指挥部决定对流溪河水库再次加大泄洪。

　　该通知显示，为给后续的防汛留够足够的调洪库容，经相关部门批准，流溪河水库于当天14时将泄洪流量加大到200m3/s(不含发电流量55m3/s)，直到水库水位降到汛限水位以下80厘米(即232.2米)。

　　根据水务、水文等部门研判：不考虑降雨的情况下，本次增加下泄流量下游良口中学段路面会出现淹水约0.2米，流溪河堤防运行正常。

　　该通知指出，各镇(街)和相关单位要按照属地和行业管理原则，安排人员做好流溪河水库下游河道沿途的安全巡查工作，严禁在河道作业和从事其他涉水活动；沿途各村(社)、厂矿、企业和涉河建筑工地要提前落实做好各项安全防范措施，尤其是低洼地带，要提前做好人员安全转移的准备工作。

　　此外，涉流溪河施工建设项目，参建各方要落实做好安全度汛措施；流溪河主河道沿途各级拦河闸(坝)应做好闸门控制调度，不得擅自抬高上游水位，确保河道泄洪畅通。(完)
